A New Digital webshop for Graphisoft’s SaaS Model
Graphisoft’s strategic pivot from perpetual licenses to a subscription model required a complete overhaul of its e-commerce platform. The existing system was ill-equipped to handle recurring revenue and subscription management, so the primary goal was to design a new webshop that would seamlessly facilitate this business transition and boost user adoption.
The UX focus was on creating a transparent and intuitive purchasing journey that clearly articulated the value of the new subscription plans. This involved simplifying the checkout process and developing a robust self-service account portal for license and billing management, transforming the webshop into a hub for long-term customer relationships.
